I was invited to the 7 stations of 'I AM' statement solo journey tonight at SIB KL. This journey has been taken alone throughout all 7 stations and once again i was reminded of Christ's unending love & amazing grace!
The 7 'I AM' statements of CHRIST :
Station 1 : "I am THE WAY, THE TRUTH & THE LIFE"
Reading : John 14:5-14
Reflection : Do you really know, believe and live in "The Way, the Truth, and the Life?"
Station 2 : "I am the DOOR"
Reading : John 10:1-10
Reflection : Who/what is the 'DOOR' of your life? safety? security? comfort? fullfillment?
Station 3 : "I am the GOOD SHEPHERD"
Reading : John 10:11-18
Reflection : Do you know the Good Shepherd? Do you know His voice?
Station 4 : "I am the LIGHT"
Reading : John 8:12-30
Reflection : 1. What is clouding your light?
2. What is your focus?
3. Who are you? What light is in you?
4. What do you do in the darkest places?
5. What are you allowing to enter your eyes?
Station 5 : "I am the BREAD OF LIFE"
Reading : John 6:25-29
Reflection : What's our priorities on earth?
What then can sustain life, your life, daily?
Station 6 : "I am the RESURRECTION & THE LIFE"
Reading : John 11:1-44
Reflection : What are the "stones of unbelief" that are shutting your heart?
Jesus said, "roll the stone away.."
Station 7 : "I am the TRUE VINE"
Reading : John 15:1-17
Reflection : Will you remain in the True Vine, The Giver of Life, The "I AM" who is present
with you and in you?
All 7 stations had great impact for me but what really spoke to me personally was station 3. The LORD is my shepherd. I walked on a feet massage stone-like pathway, felt painful physically and yet cried to God once i saw a little note ahead which stated : 'Jesus. the Shepherd, He knows, He cares and He lays down His life for you'..I am not alone throughout this life journey! Praise God for the affirmation..the good shepherd knows and owns His sheep..must humble myself before the LORD seek for His forgiveness & guidance. I had a wonderful reflection time and an intimacy prayer session with dear LORD..thank you!
May God bless all hands that helped in the preparation of this meaningful journey and may this sharing will be a blessing of your life too *Hugz*
